Al Basrah mortar calculator
Squad mortar calculator on Al Basrah: place the Mortar (81/82 mm) or Technical Mortar or Hell Cannon or UB-32 Rockets or BM-21 Grad, drop targets, read bearing and elevation in mils. Shareable plans.
Al Basrah ships 20 layers across 8 game modes: AAS, Insurgency, Invasion, RAAS, Seed, Skirmish, Territory Control, Track Attack. Each layer has its own extent, flags and cap zones, so pick the one your server is running.
On RAAS v1 the map image covers 3.04 × 3.04 km, which is 11 × 11 keypad squares from A1 in the north-west. Each lettered square is 300 m and divides into 100 m sub-keypads numbered like a phone pad. The playable area inside the border is 2.8x2.9 km.
Extents, flags, cap zones and borders come from the Squad SDK by way of the Squad Wiki Pipeline (CC BY-SA 4.0). 3 of these layers have no published map image and draw the keypad grid over plain ground instead.
